Founded in 2013, HC FENG has established itself as a leading manufacturer of coolant filtration systems in Taiwan. Our origins trace back to a team of skilled technicians with extensive experience in the metalworking industry and machine fluids. Through close observation of precision machining plants, factories, and workshops across sectors such as aerospace, automotive, machine tools, medical parts, die-casting molds, bicycle components, and fitness equipment, we identified a recurring challenge: untreated coolant oils were causing significant operational and health issues.
General machine tools often lacked recycling devices to maintain the quality of cutting fluids. When way lube oils and other contaminants entered coolant tanks, problems such as rancidity, unpleasant odors, emulsification, reduced machining quality, decreased tool life, and even health concerns like skin allergies would arise. These issues also led to increased burdens related to wastewater disposal and frequent coolant replacement.
Recognizing these challenges, we were motivated to develop solutions that would enhance the industrial working environment. Our first innovation was the BEST-1 coolant purification equipment, a unique coolant oil separator equipped with an ozone purifier. This system effectively eliminates and controls bacterial growth, purifies foul odors, and significantly extends the life of coolants.
